We call this your Primary Food. The food you eat is actually your Secondary Food. Primary Foods are all the parts of your life that fuel you–your heart, mind and soul! These are things like Relationships, Career, Physical Activity, and Spirituality. We aren’t just physically hungry, we are beings hungry for love, movement, adventure, and a higher purpose.
When your Primary Food is out of alignment, we often try to compensate by controlling or binging on our Secondary Food. When we are living well, both our Primary Food and our Secondary Foods are in alignment with our values.
